Thank you for visiting Studio Mana -Therapeutic Massage Therapy. Please read our policy carefully. By booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our booking and cancellation policy.​

Booking an Appointment

We recommend booking over 24 hours in advance. It may be possible to secure an immediate time. ALL sessions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.


Appointment  Policy


It is our intention to provide a professional and therapeutic session to help you reach your health and wellness goals. We do understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. In consideration of your time and our therapist, we have adopted the following policies for first-time and regular clients of the Studio Mana(Mana).

Arrival Policy


  • Please arrive about 5 -10 minutes prior your scheduled time (15 minutes prior for first-time clients). Arriving early will give you time to complete any necessary paperwork, consult with your therapist, and relax before your session. *At Mana, it is our goal to make sure that when you book a 60-minute treatment, you receive the full 60-minute treatment (not a 45 minute treatment with 15 minutes of paperwork/consultation).  

Late Arrival Policy


  • If you are going to be late, please call or SMS to Manami on 0449 136 992 so that we can do our best to accommodate you. 

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining in order to start a treatment.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. 


Cancellation & missed appointment policy

Any missed appointments, last -minutes cancellations (ie. 15 minutes prior your appointment), or changes to scheduled appointments last - minutes notice will be subject to a charge of massage scheduled.

60 minutes massage booking  A$23.00-

90 minutes massage booking  A$31.00-


Please contact the clinic with a minimum of 24 hours notice shoaled the need arise to cancel or reschedule your appointment.


Should the necessary arise to make changes to your appointment, please let the clinic know as soon as possible, this will allow for time to potentially fill the appointment with another client or therapist. 

Even with less than 24 hours notification, there is a chance of booking a client into the scheduled time.


If the cancelled/resucheduled appointment is filled by another client, the fee will be waived.


In the case of unavoidable circumstances, such as family emergencies, or sickness, the fee will be considered.(at the discretion of the clinic). 

Other Policies


  • We accept payment in Cash, Credit Card (Visa & Master) via PayPal. No transaction fee apply.

<Feedback Forms>

  • Feedback forms will be given to clients at Mana discretion.

  • Content may be used in publicity material and on the website, with the permission of the author.


  • Medical history Forms and treatment notes will be kept on file, securely by Mana.

  • All clients must complete a consultation form prior to receiving Mana treatments.

  • By signing the consultation form, clients are giving Mana permission to hold records and data about them.

  • Personal information will not be shared with any third parties.
