It's Spring! Enjoy your exercise or sports!
We are having very nice season to be active, sporting even just walking!
I have been getting out early morning to walking before 6am. The sun is already rise, but the air is very fresh and cool.
I am sure a brain and body awake nicely for a day!
However, we have to a bit careful before start any sports, especially if you didn't do any sports or exercise during the winter time.
Before exercise , do warming up your body...wake up your body to preventing injury.
Don't over do work out... body loves a little by little.
After exercise , do stretching well ... for next day.
And don't forget put a cap and sunny.
